- Bed linen change: from a stay of 10 days – 1x included
- Towel change & bathroom cleaning: from a stay of 7 days – 2x per week included

Ceramic hob with 2-4 plates, microwave, electric kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher (incl. tabs), Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (10 coffee capsules included), cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. - Soda Stream is included in every apartment.
- Tea towels can be replaced upon request.
- Cleaning utensils, such as vacuum cleaner, sponge, floor mop and bucket are at your disposal.
